Subprocessors

Every third party that touches personal data on our behalf, and what each one is used for.

Effective September 2, 2026 · Last updated September 2, 2026

1. About This List

Coach Manuals uses a small number of third-party providers to operate the Service. Where those providers process personal data on our behalf, they are subprocessors, and each is bound by written terms that impose data-protection obligations no less protective than our Data Processing Addendum.

This page is the authoritative, current list.

Providers used solely for outbound content that contains no personal data — such as stock-photo libraries queried for cover images — are not subprocessors and are not listed here.

Our error-monitoring is self-hosted on our own infrastructure and is configured to exclude request bodies, cookies, credentials and share links, so it does not add a third-party recipient of personal data.

3. Changes and Your Right to Object

We will give at least 30 days notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor. Notice is given by updating this page and, for material changes, by email to account holders.

If you have a reasonable data-protection objection to a new subprocessor, email contact@coachmanuals.com within the notice period explaining the grounds. We will work with you in good faith to address it. If we cannot, you may terminate the affected part of the Service and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid, unused fees.

4. Questions
